As prime contractor, Plutonic Zoo will coordinate with all stakeholders, vendors and your steering body to ensure that all aspects of a project are kept in view, including budget for the total cost of ownership, timeframe to operational delivery, functionality, technical integration, organisational and process impact, stakeholder buy-in and user excitement, cultural sensitivity and governance.
We will supplement your internal resources with required skills, when they are needed. We lead and mentor our own specialists with technical and business perspective to ensure a successful outcome.
We will conduct projects with teams created from a variety of sources including internal technical team members, vendors and suppliers and business unit contributors. We will manage project risks and give you the flexibility to choose options as the business circumstances unfold.
Our thinking is not limited to a particular technology, and we will integrate components, frameworks and products from diverse sources to create synergistic solutions. We are expert in the practical realities of successfully implementing solutions across technologies.
