In our 25 years hands-on experience in business negotiations we have discovered negotiation principles that apply across the board. Two parties often have different backgrounds and think in different paradigms. When you try to resolve differences it requires insights into yourself as well as the other party. Effective insights allow you to be creative in order to align. This creates an environment within which you can formulate agreements that have a maximum practical value and establish business relationships that are sustainable.
